1 Eligibility and Account Registration

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers available on bet9ja are subject to individual terms that apply to each specific offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x requirement means wagering 20 times the bonus credited).

5 Betting Rules and Game Terms

You must not share your account with any other person or allow another person to place bets on your behalf. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility.

7 Responsible Gaming

bet9ja reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where:

• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or use of stolen payment details.
• A player has created multiple accounts in breach of these terms.

10 Amendments and Governing Law

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
